Career

Oguri's debut role was playing the bullied and abused child Noboru Yoshikawa from the drama Great Teacher Onizuka in 1998, when he was about sixteen years old. His acting attracted him great attention and from there, he moved onto bigger roles. In 2000, he played a deaf person in Summer Snow. Two years later, he starred in the popular drama Gokusen, in which he played the part of a bully, rather than the bullied, as he did in Great Teacher Onizuka.
His first lead role in a drama was in 2006 as Shinichi Kudo from Detective Conan. Oguri also lent his voice as a seiyū in Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa together with his brother Ryo Oguri in 2005. He also landed the role of Rui Hanazawa in the drama Hana Yori Dango, in which he once again acted alongside Gokusen co-star Jun Matsumoto. In 2007 he gained even more attention starring in the drama Hanazakari no Kimitachi e as Izumi Sano. In 2008, Oguri took up another lead drama role in Binbō Danshi, playing a poor college student named Kazumi Koyama. Oguri also played in the drama "Tokyo Dogs" as a lead role American detective.
He will reunite with Hana Yori Dango co-star Mao Inoue for the drama Jūi Dolittle (獣医ドリトル Veterinarian Dolittle?), which will begin airing in October 2010.[2]

SoNg-One in a Million by 山下智久(Yamashita Tomohisa) カバー cover

Itsu kara kimi no kisu wa naozari?
Ima mo why don't you touch my mind sugu ni
Tell me why you don't see my eyes
Baby are we over?
Ai shiau tame ni iru ability
Kore ijou wa mou nai hodo affinity
Baby do you have another one?
They might conspire

Coz you're my one in a million
Sono mama de believe me
Kimi ga one in a million
Deaeta toki ni baby it's my destiny
I'm gonna try
Three, two, one seconds, so count down
Waratte yo boku no mae de one more time
One in a million, my one in a million

Kakuritsu wa by the sixth sense is two percent
Kimi wo ushinau koto wa end of the world
I wanna know that reason why
Don't change your mind now
Ma ni au no nara I wanna hold ya
Kuruisou na kurai so lonely soldier
Baby I love you from the bottom of my heart
I miss ya

Coz you're my one in a million
Dakara never say goodbye
Kimi ga one in a million
Dakiau tabi ni baby it's my destiny
I'm gonna try
Three, two, one seconds, so count down
I'm gonna hunt you down come day or night
One in a million, my one in a million

Unmei to omoi wa toki wo koete
Eien no saiai wo mata michibiku kara
Be my one in a million
Kimi shika inai kara carry on

Coz you're my one in a million

These days, the term “homeless” has taken on new meaning. There are youths referred to as “net cafe refugees,” who have neither a job nor a place to live, but who find themselves hopping around internet cafes. One such refugee is a 20-year-old girl named Chisato, who lost her mother at a young age due to sickness. She spent her youth trying to escape from the huge debt her father left her, and her battle with the repossessors unfolded every night. However, her life changed after meeting one man named Shinzo, changing her views on the meaning of “family.” Shinzo comes from a rich family tracing back to the Edo period, and he adopted six good-looking sons with the hope of one becoming his successor, but all of them have strange personalities. Shinzo promises to free Chisato from her debt if she marries him and becomes the mother of his sons. However, a life with these six guys under one roof will not go smoothly.
